Stefan D. Baugh concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Mr. Baugh has represented international, national and regional financial institutions in development, construction, bridge, conduit and mezzanine financings of various real estate asset types throughout the country. He has also represented institutional investors and asset managers in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Baugh earned his B.S. from Towson University in 1996 and his J.D. from William and Mary School of Law in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Virgina (2000) and D.C. (2001).
