Lisa-Marie Monsanto is a Partner in Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP’s Corporate Practice and Aviation Practice, concentrating on corporate finance. Ms. Monsanto represents manufacturers, financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, encompassing a wide range of credit facilities and financial products. She also represents issuers, credit enhancers and trustees in connection with the issuance of domestic and international capital markets debt, project finance and structured finance transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Monsanto was an associate with the Financial Institutions Group at Shaw Pittman LLP. She received her J.D. in 1996 from Columbia Law School, her M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University in 1992 and her B.A. in Economics from McGill University in 1987. Ms. Monsanto is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
